The interpretive trail signs shown below have been created for Forest & Woodland Habitats. These signs cover a wide range of conservation topics, habitat interpretation, species identification and seasonal changes for woodlands, forests and transitional wooded habitats. 24”x36” Interpretive Trail Sign “WOODLAND EDGE” includes information about transitional woodland to grassland habitat areas. Features include the life IO moth lifecycle, how to identify poison ivy, 6 species of insects, and 8 spring wildflowers.
24” x 36” Interpretive Trail Sign “PINE FLATWOODS” includes information on pine flatwoods habitat which is common in the southeastern United States. Identifies 16 species and includes information on fire suppression and saw palmetto. (adapted with FL species)
